Solu Networks, Inc.

For rights owners // Sports, film, TV

Your media.
Your rules.

You already decide who can distribute your media. Now you need to decide what software may do with it.

Solu makes your permission part of every experience built on your work. Your creative boundaries and commercial terms travel with the program.

01 The change

Distribution rights
are no longer enough.

Software can now adapt a program to the person, respond to a moment and carry it across devices. Each of those uses is a decision about your work. Today, no one asks you.

02 The permission sheet

You set
the boundary.

01
Where
Territories, devices and surfaces where new experiences may run.
02
What may change
Approved scenes, moments and regions of the frame.
03
What never changes
The work as you made it. Marked once, held everywhere.
04
Who takes part
Approved partners, and participants who choose to join.
05
On what terms
Pricing floors, revenue shares and excluded categories.
06
What is recorded
Every Session leaves a signed receipt you can verify.

Sports, film and series each get their own terms: a match, an untouched final scene, an episode with permissions of its own.

03 The new format

The way out
of the frame.

Every film and every match gets a new track beside picture and sound: the Experience Master. Written once by the studio, it reaches every connected device, from a clue on the phone to a haptic pulse to the space around you.

TV and phone first. Haptics and spatial follow approved device integrations and opt-in.

04 The proof

Grant. Check.
Prove.

  1. 01

    You grant

Your terms are signed once and travel with the program.

  2. 02

    The experience checks

Before anything is composed, a participating device checks the request against your grant.

  3. 03

    Allowed or refused

Requests inside your terms run. Requests outside them are refused, and the refusal is recorded too.

  4. 04

    The receipt proves

A signed record of what ran, verifiable by you and your partners. Personal profiles stay on the device.

05 The result

New formats.
On your terms.

New uses of your IP open only where you allow them, at the pricing, territories and revenue shares you approve.

Your distributors keep their platforms and customer relationships. They can narrow your terms, never widen them.

Questions

Who is this for?
Leagues, clubs, federations, studios, producers and others authorized to license media rights. You define permissions for the rights you control.
What can I control?
Permitted uses, surfaces, territories, excluded categories, disclosure requirements, minimum pricing and revenue shares.
What do my distributors need to do?
Participating apps or devices need a Solu integration. Existing video delivery and DRM can remain in place, alongside your distributors' platforms and customer relationships.
How do I know what happened?
A signed Session receipt records the activity performed under your permissions. You and your partners can independently verify that record.
Does personalization require sharing personal data?
Personal preferences are used on the participant's device. Reporting gives you a record of authorized activity without sharing their personal profile.

Media is becoming software.
Keep the authority where it belongs.
